Liz and Mike, November 1st

Mike and my cousin Liz had a long way to go to be together. Liz grew up in Washington, Mike in NY. They met online and fell in love. Although young, they knew they were meant to be together. Their wedding was not elaborate, but it was genuine and full of love and community. They had to overcome so many obstacles to finally be together, and that made their union so much sweeter.

They had their ceremony and reception at the May Memorial Unitarian Universalist Society in Syracuse, New York.

Mike hangs out with his sister (his "best woman") before the wedding:

You might remember my sister from previous pictures I have posted of her on the blog. She sang beautifully at the wedding:

I took advantage of their movie theme to get some fun pictures:

Congratulations, Mike and Liz! We wish you happiness forever!
